Members of Hadrian’s Old Boys Association,
It has been several years since our last reunion, and I am pleased to inform you that plans are underway for us to gather once more to rekindle old friendships and celebrate our shared history. We sincerely hope that you will be able to join us for this special occasion. We are looking at the date of the 12th September 2026.
In order to facilitate attendance and ensure that as many members as possible can participate, we have made a change to our usual venue. This year, the reunion will be held at The Queen at Chester Hotel, rather than our traditional location at Carlisle.
This decision was made with convenience in mind, as the hotel is ideally situated opposite Chester railway station, providing easy access by train. For those travelling by road. The hotel does not have its own car park, however, there is a public car park directly behind the hotel. Prices from £13 for 24 hours and this needs to be settled on arrival via the machine in the car park, the Your Parking Space App or by scanning the QR code at Reception and paying on your phone.

The historic city of Chester itself offers a wealth of sights and attractions, all within walking distance from the hotel. We encourage you to take some time to explore its charming streets, medieval walls, and renowned Roman heritage, making the reunion not only a gathering but also an opportunity to enjoy the rich cultural heritage of this beautiful city.
